Ray Cooke Ray is an Associate Trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Practitioner of Ericksonian Hypnosis. He has a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and a Graduate Certificate in Neruo-Linguistic Programming. He has trained with Dr John Grinder co-creator and developer of NLP. He has also trained with Dr Stephen Gilligan; Steve Andreas; Robert Dilts; Robert McDonald and Tamara Andreas. He has over 190 days training in NLP. He has completed the Trainers Certification training with the NLPTRB and is currently apprenticed to Inspiritive as part of a trainer development programme. Ray has been studying NLP for the past seven years and it is his passion. He has experience in the Public sector in training and customer relations. He is currently a certified Trainer with the NLP Trainers Registration Body. Clive also holds an Associate Diploma in Adult Education, a BA degree in Psychology a post graduate Change Management qualification and a Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He has a deep understanding of learning and development and is passionate about NLP. With over twenty five years experience in business, Clive has held a variety of positions ranging from Training Consultant through to Employee Development Manager. He has proven expertise in all aspects of learning and development that has spanned a variety of areas including technical and sales training, professional and leadership development. He has presented training throughout Australia/NZ, Asia/Pacific and Europe and he regularly assists Inspiritive in the Graduate Certificate in NLP. With over eight years of both professional experience and private practice Michael offers clients a unique understanding of their needs. He has worked with a wide range of business clients, from start-up self employed, to multi-national public companies. During his career Michael has worked successfully in a wide range of roles and groups including management consulting, NLP consulting, counselling, hypnotherapy, face to face and telephone sales, telephone support, training delivery, and quality systems auditing and development. He has assisted his clients with services ranging from project management, training, coaching, process re-engineering, personal performance improvement, scenario and goal analysis, and best business process. Mark Anns Mark is a consultant psychologist and NLP Trainer working in Sydney. He has a varied background in teaching, administration and clinical work. From 1985 to 1989 he worked at the Albion Street (HIV / AIDS) Centre where he held positions as Head of Counselling unit and Assistant Director. He has extended his areas of expertise to include the general area of sexual health, and conducts frequent training programmes for health professionals. His other areas of interest include post traumatic stress disorder, health and the immune system and psychotherapy training. Mark currently works part time in private practice. In 1995 he completed his NLP trainers training (Dynamic Learning Centre, California) conducted by Robert Dilts and Judith DeLozier.
