Christopher Collingwood - Co-director

Chris CollingwoodChris is a leader in training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He and the consultants in his company specialise in cultural, corporate and personal change. He has over twenty years experience in coaching, consulting and leading seminars in Australia and the US.

He holds a Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems, a Degree in Psychology, a Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming* and a Masters degree in Applied Science Social Ecology. Chris specialises in one to one work with people, course design and accreditation, and the training of corporate consultants and executive coaches.

Some of his former clients include Sydney Water, CSR Asia, Telstra, Australian Bureau of Statistics, National Westminster, Societe Generale Australia, the International Institute of Business Analysts and Environmental Health Australia.

Chris is the managing director of Inspiritive Pty Ltd, a registered training organization (RTO) which he has been running with his partner since 1992. From 1982 until 1992 he worked as a sole proprietor trading as Collingwood & Associates. He has been doing one on one private coaching since 1982.

He is also a principle in Adept Executive Solutions a management consultancy that specialises in leadership and management training, modelling top performers, cultural development and corporate change.

Jules Collingwood - Co-director

Jules both a trainer of NLP and management consultant specialising in systemic change. She consults to corporate clients in management related areas, and intercultural communication.

Jules CollingwoodJules' background includes extensive training with developers of NLP, including Dr. John Grinder, Co-originator of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Judith DeLozier, Robert Dilts and Todd Epstein. She is certified as an NLP trainer by Dr. John Grinder. Jules is a registered Psychiatric Nurse. She also has a Degree in Urban Estate Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Conflict Resolution a Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems and a Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Prior to leaving the UK in 1992, Jules worked in London with Pace Personal Development LTD, and as associate trainer with John Seymour of Seymour Associates and sat on the Executive Committee of the ANLP, the British professional body for NLP.

Co-director of Inspiritive Pty LTD and a superb negotiator, Jules is committed to making NLP available to all who demand excellence in their lives. She is an experienced Executive Coach and Psychotherapist and is available for personal consultations,corporate training and consulting.

Daniel Smith

Daniel Smith NLP TrainerDan is an experienced international trainer of NLP who has trained and worked with the best in the world for over 15 years. Initially focused on how NLP can be used to facilitate genius, Dan started leading workshops for school students while a 20-year-old undergraduate. Later, he applied himself to a range of start-up companies, a martial arts school, and politics before moving to Shanghai, China, in 2007, where he leads The China NLP Society. He is a lecturer at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, one of the most prestigious in China, and a Doctoral Candidate whose thesis has the working title, “Transferring Expertise”.

Dan's past clients include: eBay, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Tesco, Herbalife, EnglishFirst, Merck, General Motors, Heineken, Edelman, TNT China, KEDI, Goldman Sachs, Linklaters, Nike, Hexion.

Rebecca Mitchell

RebeccaAs the Director of NLP Brisbane, Rebecca is a trainer of New Code NLP, teaching the Graduate Certificate in NLP and the Process Oriented Coaching program in QLD on behalf of Inspiritive Pty Limited. She is an experienced corporate educator undertaking a total commitment to pure NLP.

Rebecca’s background includes comprehensive quality training & experience with developers of NLP, including Dr John Grinder, co-originator of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Carmen Bostic St Clair, Christina Hall and Chris & Jules Collingwood. She offers NLP training, private consultations, corporate education, and coaches both individuals and groups. With an extensive background in business, property & investment education (national), Rebecca has over 10 years experience imparting generative skills to others in how to create change in all areas of their lives, both one on one and in group seminars of over 3,000 people.

Rebecca radiates energy through her commitment to assist people in creating self sustaining change. She is dedicated to offering the highest quality in NLP training through educating anyone who requests change and desires excellence in their life. Ian Snape
Bsc, Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, PhD, New Code NLP Trainer.

Ian is a Principal Research Scientist at the Australian Antarctic Division, Adjunct Professor at Macquarie University, and Director of The Coaching Space. He works mainly at the interface between innovation, industry and policy where he helps organisations develop strategy and align and develop capability. He works with executives, managers, teams and individuals for high performance in research, business, government and sports using NLP. His clients include small and large organisations, company directors, senior executives and Olympic athletes. Ian is a PhD graduate from Edinburgh and has a BSc in science, Graduate Certificate in NLP, and is an NLP Trainer certified and endorsed by John Grinder, the co-creator of NLP. He has worked as an industry consultant, is regularly invited to speak at international conferences, and has served on several advisory boards. He has organised and led more than a dozen expeditions to the Arctic

Jane Bradley

Jane is Team Leader of Client, Staff Training, and Guide Dog Services at Guide Dogs Victoria, and co-ordinates the Pets as Therapy program. She also represents Guide Dogs at The International Guide Dog Federation and consults in Europe. She is Adjunct Lecturer in Health Science and Psychology at La Trobe and Southhampton (UK) universities, where she designs and delivers post-graduate courses in Orientation & Mobility, Canine Assistance Studies, Client Centred Therapy and Counselling. Jane is a change agent, and specialises in design and delivery of education and interventions that enable people to set goals and achieve their outcomes whilst living with a disability that often arises unexpectedly. She is expert in student mentoring, group dynamics and facilitation. Her passion is education and enabling the next generation of trainers to be excellent practitioners. Jane has a BA in linguistics and philosophy, a BSc, a Higher Diploma in Psychology, Post-Graduate Certificate in NLP and is an NLP Trainer certified by John Grinder, the co-creator of NLP. She 15 year experience, and utilises NLP to enable change, adventure, and growth with her client groups. Jane recently appeared on stage with Cesar Milan (TV’s Dog Whisperer) in Melbourne during his Australian tour and is regularly invited to speak at conferences and workshops. She also loves horse riding, fine wine, music, scuba diving and is the owner of a large spoilt dog called Seamus.

Geoff WadeGeoffrey Wade
BSc, BE, MBA, Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Process Oriented Coaching and Advanced Process Oriented Coaching, NLP for Presenting with Influence, and Associate Trainer of NLP.

Geoff is an experienced trainer, change agent, management consultant, coach, and speaker with more than 30 years experience in the corporate sector.  Geoff specialises in applications of NLP that significantly improve business performance.

Geoff's NLP background includes extensive training with Chris and Jules Collingwood of Inspiritive, Dr. John Grinder, the co-developer of NLP, and Steve Andreas. He is currently a certified Associate Trainer.

Geoff’s commercial and corporate background includes a wide range of operations, sales, marketing, and line management positions with multi national companies for over twenty years.  He has been a trainer, management consultant, corporate coach and seminar presenter since 1998.  Geoff specialises in assisting clients to identify business problems and hidden opportunities for improvement, then select the most effective and efficient means to address them, and then manage the change processes involved in implementation.  Some of Geoff’s recent clients include Telecom NZ, Commonwealth Bank, Zurich Insurance, Virgin Blue Airlines, AGL Energy and News Ltd Digital Media.

Geoff provides a range of services to corporate clients including training, sales performance improvement, change management, culture changes and individual coaching. He is motivated by helping clients to lead lasting quantum leap performance improvements.

Kay Lindley

Kay is the Head of Group Operational Risk at the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank incorporating Regulatory Compliance, Financial Crimes, Business Continuity, Risk Advisory and Risk Solutions. Kay’s interest and career history has been in general management facilitating programs of work that require significant cultural or personal change across a variety of functional areas. In addition to currently providing leadership and personal coaching to staff within the corporate environment, Kay runs an NLP coaching practice ‘Mind Salad’ and sits on the Advisory Board of Adelaide Wellbeing. Kay is a Certified Compliance Professional, has an educational background in Computer Studies, a Post Graduate Certificate in NLP and is an NLP trainer certified by John Grinder, the co-creator of NLP.

Michael Vander Donk

Michael Vander DonkMichael is a Management Consultant with a Associate Trainer of NLP Certification. He is also certified Ericksonian Hypnotist. A graduate of the University of Western Sydney, he holds a Science degree with a major in Computer Science. Over the last six years Michael has enhanced his skills in and worked in the fields of his interest specifically hypnosis, psychology, and NLP applied to improving the performance of people in business.

With over eight years of both professional experience and private practice Michael offers clients a unique understanding of their needs. He has worked with a wide range of business clients, from start-up self employed, to multi-national public companies.

During his career Michael has worked successfully in a wide range of roles and groups including management consulting, NLP consulting, counselling, hypnotherapy, face to face and telephone sales, telephone support, training delivery, and quality systems auditing and development. He has assisted his clients with services ranging from project management, training, coaching, process re-engineering, personal performance improvement, scenario and goal analysis, and best business process.

Mark Anns
BAppSc, Grad Cert NLP, Grad Dip Psych, MBA., Associate Trainer of NLP

Mark is a consultant psychologist and NLP Trainer working in Sydney. He has a varied background in teaching, administration and clinical work. From 1985 to 1989 he worked at the Albion Street (HIV / AIDS) Centre where he held positions as Head of Counselling unit and Assistant Director.

He has extended his areas of expertise to include the general area of sexual health, and conducts frequent training programmes for health professionals. His other areas of interest include post traumatic stress disorder, health and the immune system and psychotherapy training. Mark currently works part time in private practice.

In 1995 he completed his NLP trainers training (Dynamic Learning Centre, California) conducted by Robert Dilts and Judith DeLozier. And in 2010 Mark completed his Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
