Quality Assurance and Improvement PolicyInspiritive is aware that it's standing in the industry is dependent upon its leading and adopting best practice. Inspiritive is, therefore, committed to reviewing and improving its courses continually and will adopt a quality assurance and improvement system which includes clearly documented procedures for managing and monitoring all training operations and reviewing student / client satisfaction. This will be achieved by the rigorous evaluation of all courses / programs at their completion and the conduct of an annual random client satisfaction survey. Inspiritive undertakes an internal audit of all its policies and functions each year in the interests of continuous improvement in its services to clients and of compliance with the conditions for remaining a registered training organisation. In the annual audit the policy requirements are reviewed and compared with actual business activity for compliance and improvement. Inspiritive's directors undertake peer review and professional discussion on matters of course content and delivery with Dr. John Grinder, co-originator of their field.
