Policy on Prices, Discounts and RefundsAll Inspiritive products and services have published prices. Each published price relates directly to the product or service to which it is attached. It is company policy to adhere to the published prices except where they are superseded by published special offers or published extensions of discounted price cut off dates. For any course where there are date related prices (early birds), the lower price will cease to be available at close of business on the published cut off date. After close of business on the published cut off date the full price for that course will remain current and include late entries and payments made at the start of the course. All early bird discounted fees will cease to be available one calendar month before commencement of the program to which the early bird fee relates. No published discounted fee is available to any individual or organisation where monies are owing to Inspiritive by the applicant for any product or service obtained or contracted from Inspiritive. Published discounted fees must be paid in full by close of business on the cut off date for that program. If any monies are outstanding after the cut off date the discounted fee offer is null and void and the full price becomes due. Inspiritive reserves the right to change the prices of its products and services from time to time. Such changes will be published immediately and will not affect any bookings with paid deposits already received for a particular programme commencing on a specific date. Where a booking has been made to attend a course on specific dates and the student defers commencement to a later date and the price range changes subsequently, the price range will be held at its previous level for that purchaser for a period not exceeding 12 months from the date of their original booking. Anyone deferring attendence to a course commencing more than 12 months after the date on which they booked originally will be liable for any increase in price range which has been published by Inspiritive for that program.
