Payment plans

Payment in full for Inspiritive programs is due on or before the commencement date of the program. Discounted payment in full is covered by the Policy on Discounts.

Stage payment plans are not available except in special circumstances. They may be offered at Inspiritive's discretion to purchasers who demonstrate the ability and intent to keep such an agreement. Where a stage payment plan is offered it will always be at the current full price of the course on commencement regardless of the date of booking or attendance.

The final payment of any stage payment plan is due by close of business on the last published day of the course to which the plan applies except in individual cases where a special extension is agreed in writing between Inspiritive and that individual or organisation and they undertake to pay interest on the outstanding sum for the period of time elapsing between the last day of the course and the date at which each sum of money is paid to Inspiritive. The rate of interest to be applied will be the rate applied by American Express in Australia to Blue Credit Card holders.

In the event of stage or other payments being outstanding by the end of the course or such other date as has been agreed in writing between Inspiritive and the individual or organisation concerned, that person or organisation will be charged interest on all outstanding sums at the same rate as the American Express Blue Credit Card and will not receive certification regardless of their performance until all payments are received in full. In the event of prolonged indebtedness Inspiritive will legal redress.

Inspiritive offers complete courses in intensive and intermittent formats and publishes prices for complete courses. It does not sell courses by the session except by individual agreement in writing. Where stage payment plans are offered for a whole course, payment is made monthly and as a proportion of the total sum owed for the whole course.

Finance

Unsecured personal loans are available (conditions apply) through Mediplan to cover the cost of training with Inspiritive. Mediplan arranges loans for courses as well as for medical matters and can be contacted by telephone on 1300 1300 12. Inspiritive has no financial nor contractual relationship with Mediplan.
