Assessment for 21576VIC Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and for RPL CandidatesAll students and RPL candidates for 21576VIC Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming will be subject to assessment of their competencies in terms of the required competencies described in the 21576VIC Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming accreditation document (commercial in confidence). While students and RPL candidates are invited to agree to undertake assessment it is understood that without assessment by a qualified assessor there is no evidence on which to award a statement of attainment or a qualification. At the end of Part 1 and of Part 2 of 21576VIC Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming there are two days of practical integration and assessment, followed by a written evaluation to be completed within three months of the end of the training program. Candidates for Part 2 will be assessed on their modelling projects as well as the written integration. RPL candidates for Part 1 will attend an interview in person or by telephone and complete a questionnaire to establish the likelihood of their meeting the criteria for the unit(s) for which they seek RPL. Subject to satisfactory evidence they will be invited to join the Part 1assessment days by arrangement and subject to satisfactory performance will complete the written evaluation. The assessment instruments are code congruent with the training provided by Inspiritive. That is: Assessment includes(1) a complete piece of work with a partner in the role of client and a complete piece of work with a partner in the role of operator Presentation Questions for Parts 1 and 2 of the Graduate Certificate in NLP Assessment and RPL CandidatesEach candidate is required to make an impromptu presentation of three to five minutes in length for Part 1 and five to seven minutes for Part 2. Individual presentations at the level of the assessment are selected to extend participants' experience and provide an additional learning experience for the group. A Complete Piece of Work of the "Client's" choice for Parts 1 and 2 of the Graduate Certificate in NLP Assessment and RPL CandidatesThese are performed in pairs with each participant taking a turn in each role. Information is gathered and interventions are designed. Interventions for Part 1 are checked by a trainer or coach before they are performed. Revision and Assessment Exercises for Part 1 and Part 2 Assessment and RPL CandidatesRevision and assessment exercises from the level under assessment are chosen at random and performed in pairs or trios. Opportunities are provided for individual participants to experience specific revision pieces.
