Training Programs

Inspiritive has a policy of promoting fair and equitable access to its training programs and other commercial offerings. Inspiritive is committed to the principle of equality of opportunity. In practice this means:

Inspiritive will grant entry to anyone who

• has applied for and received a place and meets the entry criteria for a particular program
• and is complying with all other relevant regulation or legislation including but not limited to occupational health and safety requirements and visa conditions
• and has paid the published fee for that program
• and who presents themselves at the published venue at the published times of the program.

In the event that a particular program is full when a qualified person applies for a place, they will be offered a place on the next available program.

Prerequisite qualifications for entry to any program are published on this web site with the rest of the information regarding that program.

Where a prospective qualified student has special needs, Inspiritive will endeavour to accommodate these when deemed “reasonable” under the terms of Equal Opportunity Standards. However, Inspiritive is not in a position to fund special needs personnel or equipment without undue hardship.

All disputes or grievances will be handled professionally and confidentially in order to achieve a satisfactory resolution (see Policy on Grievances).

In the event of Inspiritive employing staff, it will undertake to appoint the best candidate according to the criteria of the job description provided and to adhere to Equal Opportunity Standards in its selection.

Inspiritive will ensure that all personnel are aware of Equal Opportunity Standards with reference to their employment and to their dealings with prospective, current and past students and other customers.
