Additions to be read in conjunction with Inspiritive Pty Ltd Policies

Plan for the RTO Business, courses to be delivered, evidence of ownership or acquisition of training packages.

1. The NLP Field Guide Part 1. This is part of the training manual to accompany Part 1 of 21576VIC Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. This book is published by Emergent Publications, the publishing arm of Inspiritive P/L. There is a distribution arrangement in place with Brumby Books P/L to distribute the book to all book retailers in Australia. The book is also available directly from Inspiritive through electronic and other means.

2. 21095VIC Course in Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. This was an accredited short course categorised commercial in confidence. The copyright is owned by (vested in) Chris and Jules Collingwood. Inspiritive offers this programme in intensive or modular form and co-operates with suitably qualified associates to offer the programme in joint venture format under Inspiritive's supervision and assessment. This program is not available after 31st December 2005 by request of the Victorian Qualifications Authority as it has been replaced and superseded by Part 1 of 21576VIC Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

3. 21576VIC Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. This is an accredited Graduate Certificate program comprising nine units categorised commercial in confidence. The copyright is owned by (vested in) Chris and Jules Collingwood. Inspiritive offers this programme in intensive or modular form and may in future co-operate with suitably qualified associates to offer the programme either in joint venture format under Inspiritive's supervision and assessment or through appropriately qualified and approved Authorised Trainers for and on behalf of Inspiritive.
   
   
4. Inspiritive intends to continue to offer the subject matter of items 1. and 3. to interested parties by way of commercial transaction. Item 2 is no longer available. These and all other offerings are advertised from time to time in suitable periodicals and continuously on Inspiritive's web site www.inspiritive.com.au. Prospective clients on Inspiritive's data base receive targeted information on Inspiritive's products appropriate to their level of training and professed interest in NLP.
   
   
5. At the time of writing, Inspiritive has two directors, both of whom are certified NLP trainers and hold the Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and the Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems. With these personnel and the contracted services of other certified NLP trainers approved by Inspiritive and who hold the Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, Inspiritive is able to offer the following accredited programmes: BSZ40198 Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and 21576VIC Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

7. The order and sequence of training in 21576VIC Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming is laid out in the accreditation document (commercial in confidence). All the material in this programme or BSZ40198 may be taught by Chris or Jules Collingwood, Directors of Inspiritive P/L by virtue of their certification from Dr. John Grinder, co-creator of NLP as NLP Trainers, their holding the Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and their holding the Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems.
   
   
8. NB With the exception of BSZ40198 Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, all programmes offered by Inspiritive currently and previously have been written by Chris and Jules Collingwood who hold the copyrights. This includes 21095VIC Course in Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming which is no longer available and 21576VIC Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming which is currently available.
   
   
9. Inspiritive has purchased a copy of the training package for BSZ40198 Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. There is evidence by tax invoice in Inspiritive's 2000-2001 accounts.
   
   
10. Inspiritive has purchased a copy of TAA04 Training and Assessment Training Package. There is evidence by tax invoice in Inspiritive's 2004-2005 accounts. Inspiritive intends to facilitate its personnel making the transition to the new training package before BSZ40198 ceases to be available on 31st December 2005.
    
    
11. Information on training material, delivery and assessment strategies and resources for 21095VIC Course in Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming to be included in the scope of this RTO.
    
    
12. The NLP Field Guide Part 1 was the text and training manual for the course. It includes a running order, practical exercises, surrounding text of the complete syllabus for the programme, recommended reading and evidence criteria.
    
    
13. The accreditation document / training package (commercial in confidence) includes required and proscribed delivery methods, resources and training materials and a description of suitable facilities.
    
    
14. Evidence of the availability of suitable facilities for training may be found in Inspiritive's accounts by tax invoices from venue providers. These are accessed by applying the following criteria and booking far enough in advance to secure all the dates of a programme at the same venue. Venues should have ample space for participants, additional space for break out areas, natural light and ventilation, refreshment service using plunger, filter or espresso coffee and a choice of sealed tea bags, adequate car parking, a quiet ambience, at least one flip chart, easy access to adequate ladies' and gents' WCs, proximity to cafes and restaurants for lunch or dinner.

16. The NLP Field Guide Part 1 augmented by material from "Whispering in the Wind" by Bostic and Grinder and "Turtles All the Way Down" by De Lozier and Grinder, is the training manual for Part 1 of 21576VIC Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming pending publication of a complete text. It includes practical exercises and surrounding text of part of the syllabus for the programme, including recommended reading. The texts for Part 2 are "Whispering in the Wind" by Bostic and Grinder and "Mind and Nature" by Gregory Bateson and the training manual is the draft for the NLP Field Guide Part 2.
