Inspiritive's International Training partner program allows partners to have the following benefits:
Run accredited courses: All training partners are able to run Inspiritive's accredited courses for which they are authorised, with all graduates being able to qualify for appropriate certifications, for example relevant bachelors degree.
Host courses run by Inspiritive trainers.
Be able to access Inspiritive course development resources to develop bespoke courses.
Qualification:
A training organisation may nominate one or more trainers. Individual trainers may self nominate.
To receive authority to train accredited short courses, these people will have to attend the Inspiritive Graduate Certificate in NLP and the accredited training course for which they are seeking authority to train.
To receive authority to train the Graduate Certificate in NLP, these people will have to attend a second program of the Graduate Certificate in NLP and Inspiritive’s NLP Trainers’ Training (the next program is October 2008).
All trainers will need to undertake 3 day refresher courses on a annual basis.
Initial courses will be run in conjunction with Inspiritive's own trainers.
Training premises must meet Inspiritive's own classroom guidelines.
Training partners can apply for exclusive vertical and geographical market rights subject to current Fair Trading legislation. These are negotiated on a case by case basis.
Australian Registered Training Organisations can apply for a license from the copyright holders to place the accredited program on their Scope of Registration, provided it is trained by an Inspiritive Training Partner or an Inspiritive Trainer with an authority to train that program.
Financial terms:
Training partners pay a fee of 18% for all students attending part or all of the Graduate Certificate course run by the training partner.
Training partners of accredited short courses have two options:
They may pay a fee of AU$250.00 for all students attending accredited short courses run by the training partner.
Where the training partner is acting on behalf of a large organization, the organization may opt to pay a fee for the right to have the training partner train an unspecified number of employees of the organization for a period of time. These are negotiated on a case by case basis.
All courseware and certificates are supplied by Inspiritive.
Training partners are responsible for trainers’ fees, travel and accommodation expenses for courses where training and or assessment is undertaken by Inspiritive trainers. These are negotiated on a case by case basis.
