Process Oriented Coaching. A five day training program for professionals wishing to fine-tune their coaching skills to enhance their ability to coach others successfully in order to achieve specific business and personal outcomes. Process Oriented Coaching provides the thinking tools for solving problems and better managing goals.  In this course you will:

Presentations training. Preparing oneself by developing high performance training states is critically important in order to deliver dynamic and effective presentations. In this program we will focus on developing the following trainer skills:

• Non-verbal communication methods including use of spatial location
• Voice modulation and gesture
• Verbal methods - responding to questions and framing.

Participants will learn how to:

• Create high performance training states
• Cue the audience (platform anchoring skills [visual and auditory anchoring])
• Train review skills (perceptual positions

Fine-tune language skills including…

• Milton model, use of artfully vague language at the beginning of presentations
• Framing presentations, Outcome Present state, backtrack, and relevancy challenge
• Use of metaphor
• Verbal package, asking questions of participants based on the form of their sentence.

Participants will learn how to apply this knowledge to their presentation design and delivery.

NLP Sales Training; This short course covers the most useful and fundamental patterns of NLP that help to significantly enhance participants’ selling abilities. NLP patterns include methods for developing rapport, gathering quality information from prospects and using language techniques for influencing prospects’ buying decisions in a frame of integrity.

Non-Accredited Courses in NLP

Introduction to NLP. An introductory two and a half hour session that aims to introduce participants to NLP.    This provides you with a chance to hear from someone who includes NLP in his or her life or work and has experienced a successful transformation in their business, sport or relationships.

NLP Trainers’ Training. A 20 day course for people who are certified as NLP Master Practitioners to provide the with the ultimate in NLP training. Sydney, October / November 2008.

During this practical course you will learn how to develop a training program for NLP students, how to train students and how to fine-tune your own training skills to ensure high levels of competency as an NLP trainer.  This includes learning how to:
