Geoff combines many areas of expertise to bring a unique perspective to problem solving. With his background in computing, engineering, business administration, and psychology together with line management experience he can bridge the gap between business issues, people issues and technology. He has worked on human resource projects that range from driving high speed culture change to performance improvement through structured skill assessment, training, mentoring and coaching; technical projects that cover the whole of the IT systems development life cycle from inception to implementation; business projects that range from mergers and acquisitions through to new product and services business start-ups; and implementation of business performance management systems such as TQM ISO Quality Systems, Baldridge Quality Systems and the Balanced Scorecard. He is best acknowledged for his ability to identify problems, develop strategic and tactical recovery plans, assemble and lead teams for managing rapid change.
