As well as learning of useful set of people skills that can be applied to managing others more effectively, negotiation, presentation, and consulting students have the benefit of earning a formal qualification which is recognised within the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).

This nationally accredited course provides a comprehensive foundation of people skills for coaching. The following skills are taught in the training;
